Download the recipe and make your own sweet treats. You can purchase them at the Goodie Girls shop in Glendale, CA, or at Santa Anita Park during the Championships on November 2 and 3. And for every cupcake sold, one dollar will be donated to the Breeders’ Cup primary charity, Children Mending Hearts, where disadvantaged youth are empowered through educational and arts programs.
